This course dealt with learning theories related to adult learning. We covered several schools of thought, such as behaviorism, humanism, feminism, and more. Through weekly discussions, we fine-tuned our understanding of the weekly topic through the use of discussion and examples. But what I learned wasn’t just from the textbook. I groaned when I discovered we would be working in small groups over an online course. I haven’t had much luck with group work.
